Nicki is the 2024 Taranaki Regional Property Manager of the Year, awarded by the Residential Property Managers Association of NZ (RPMA)

During 2023 Nicki won the Rentskills Supreme Award, Landlord of the Year. Awarded by the NZ Property Investors Federation (NZPIF).

Nicki has also achieved the status of QRPM (Qualified Residential Property Manager) from the Residential Property Managers Association (RPMA). Qualified Residential Property Managers of RPMA® are individuals who have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry, obtained a NZ Certificate of Residential Property Management (or equivalent) and completed the RPMA® Ethics module.

Residential tenancy management is continuously changing, we are an accredited member of the RPMA - Residential Property Managers Association. Part of this membership includes the following obligations:

  • observe the RPMA® Code of Ethics;

  • commit to Continuing Professional Development (CPD);

  • complete a Criminal History Check (CHC); and

  • hold public liability insurance.

As an active member and Annual Sponsor of the Taranaki Property Investors’ Association (TPIA), we keep abreast of legislation changes, regulations and market issues affecting residential property and the property investment industry. Nicki is currently the Immediate Past President of the TPIA, after serving 3 years as president. You will find her at the monthly public meetings sharing her knowledge and helping other property investors on their journey.
